We are building a house on the coast of Mexico - very wet. We are for six months. Dehumidifier is the most effective
A fan works well. It is cheap to purchase, install and use. A dehumidifier works best, but it cost more to buy, install and use. Either way it will work to spend as much.
PS Dehumidifiers impress the neighbors more. (Be careful if you have such things)
Dehumidifier. And yes, you need an escape from the house for them.
